11 Months

We have blinked and Addison is another month older! Looking back to right after we had her, I remember filling out the daycare applications asking about my child's "personality". It was funny - my responses were "she likes to eat, sleep and poop". Really?!? What kind of question is that for a newborn? Well, if you have a 6 month old, an 8 month old or an 11 month old, that question is very valid! I see her personality forming daily. She is a part of us, but becoming her own person with her own opinions, thoughts and, yes, demands. :) It has been such a joy to be here for her all her "firsts". A few things to note:

She loves to laugh with you when you are laughing even though she has no idea what made us happy.
She loves to hand things to us!
She can feed herself if you put the food on her spoon. (eating lasagna)



She is crawling, standing and walking around furniture. She still has her crab crawl where she drags one leg. Hilarious!





She loves Clifford the Big Red Dog and Winston the Tiger.
She loves touch and feel books.
She is the cutest dancer when she is bouncing to music.
She gives hugs and kisses.
She loves being chased (via crawling).

We have our stubborn moments of wanting to play with a cord or the BluRay player when we are not supposed to and after being told to leave it alone, but she is a lot of fun to play with and be around.
